I have a older tritton trailer with 13” wheels and amber and red marker lights it has a broken 3 step fender can you help me with that

It sounds like you are needing a fender like the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps # F008573. This step is designed to fit mounting brackets that are spread 28" apart. You can fit Amber # MCL13A2B and Red # MCL13R2B clearance lights on the fender. If you can send me an image of the good fender with measurements for the fender, mounting brackets and lights I can see if we have something that matches exactly what you have.
