Expert Reply:

The older programmers only worked on one vehicle at a time to prevent people from just passing around. To move it to a different vehicle, it had to be unpaired from the old vehicle and then had to be re-registered with Edge for a fee.

Programmers like # EP96TR, and many from this generation, have the ability to add vehicle licenses to tune multiple vehicles with 1 product. Both vehicles would have to be compatible with the tuner.

2015 chevy 1500 with 6.2 and 8 speed wondering if the edge programmer will turn off the afm ?

The Edge Evolution # EP85350 can indeed turn off the Active Fuel Management on your 2015 Silverado 1500. Doing this is just a matter of scrolling through the settings and locating the AFM options.
