Everchill RV Wine Cooler Won't Reach Below 50 Degrees Fahrenheit

I can’t get mine to get below 50 degrees it’s set to number 7. How do I get it cooler

It looks like there has been some similar issues before with the Everchill RV Wine Cooler part # 324-000115 not cooling properly and per the manufacturer, you'll first want to make sure the unit is on as level ground as possible. Then, you'll want to unplug the cooler, empty it, and wait twenty four hours until plugging it back in. This allows the refrigerant to settle properly and reach the areas it needs to for proper functionality.
If issues still continue after troubleshooting you will need to replace the unit unless you are inside the warranty period of one year and are the original owner.
