My 2021 Outback come with integrated swing out Crossbars. Can I use my crossbars to mount a 150lb Thule Top Box, or do I need to buy different crossbars. Thank you.

I measured a set of integrated crossbars on a Subaru Outback and found that they are 30-1/2" apart. I have a solution for you but the Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Box item # TH78GC requires crossbar spreads from a minimum of 23-5/8" - to a maximum of 28".
Instead I recommend the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y07192. This cargo box fits a crossbar spread of 24 - 40". It also includes locks to secure your gear in the box, offers 14 cu ft of carrying capacity, and has a weight capacity equal to your roof capacity. You can find you roof capacity in your owner's manual.
This will give you much more space and capacity to carry more and heavier gear than the Thule cargo boxes.
