Question:

Good morning, I would like to know if Stealth Hitch Item # SH39MR will fit on a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC 63s AMG equipped with the Aerodynamics Package for the 2022 model year this is called the Optics Package for the AMG 43 version. Vehicles equipped with the Aero Package have a larger rear diffuser. They are not compatible with the MB OEM hitch, but I know the Stealth System is very different and that the hitch is intended to extend out under the diffuser rather than through it. I am just not certain if the Stealth Rack Receiver has enough vertical length to offset the larger diffuser. I have not been able to find any information online to confirm either way. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I reached out to Stealth Hitches as we have not had your 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC AMG 63s in our shop with your aero package. They mentioned that on some models with your aero package they have a removable lower splitter that attaches to your fins on the lover valance. If you have the removable lower splitter on your GLC you will be able to use the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH39MR. If your lower splitter is not removable it would have to be modified to allow you to use the Stealth Receiver.

If you will be trailer towing you will need the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH84GR. This will include the wiring and a ball mount with 2" ball that connects directly to the main unit, since you cannot use the detachable 2" receiver with a ball mount.

I recommend the Carrying Case # 391CASEC to store the attachments when not in use. This will keep the parts from sliding around in the back of your GLC and making a ton of noise.
