The answer to your question depends on the exact mats you have in your 2015 Jeep Cherokee. For example, if you have the # WT448331 front and # WT445662 rear mats then they will work with the 2022. Other mats are only compatible with the 2014-2015 models. There are a lot of different options so you will have to identify the mats you currently have before you can find out if they will fit.
