Hi, need to fit my Rhino Roof Rack to my 2019 Civic Sedan. I currently have: RRVA118B-2 RRRLKVA DK289 Looks like I just need DK453 to get it to fit. Is that correct or do I need other parts as well? Thanks,

Custom DK Fit Kit # DK453
You definitely have the correct leg kit and would need a new fit kit like you mentioned. The bars you have now are 3 inches shorter than recommended so there is a chance they would work but I can't guarantee that since it's never been tested. You could try just the fit kit and if the bars don't work then afterwards order them.
