Hello, Im looking for a 5 lug pattern wheel with ST185/80R13 tire to serve as a spare on my boat trailer. This would match what I currently have on my trailer. Can you confirm you dont have one of these you stock? Could a ST175/80R13 work as a spare?

A ST185/80R13 tire like item # AM3S334 is .7" larger in diameter and .4" wider than a ST175/80R13 tire like item # AM32001HWTB you were looking at. It would not work to run a 185 tire as a spare.
I have a solution for you but the rim on the Karrier ST175/80R13 item # AM32001HWTB is not available with a ST185/80D13 tire. It can be purchased separately. You would want the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series S5 Trailer Wheel item # AM22323HWTB along with the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire item # AM1ST79.
