I have a couple recommendations for you that will depend on your bed length for your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 and there is not a puck system style mount for your truck.

First if you have a 5-1/2' or 6-1/2' bed I recommend the Demco UMS Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551011. This will provide 4 mounting points under the bed similar to the factory style puck systems. This will require you to use the Demco UMS series hitches or adapters. I recommend using the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550041 as it will slide back as you turn with your trailer giving you up to 22-1/2" of additional clearance to your cab.

For a 8' long bed I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1019. This will allow you to use either their B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500 or a Rail Adapter # DM6140 to use with a 5th wheel hitch that fits above bed rails.
