Question:
I have a power lift fan that looks like your ventline model. I have a wall switch that has two switches on it. One for openining the lid and one to turn on the fan. Would like a more robust fan that I could use this wall switch with. Dont really need a remote since its for the bathroom. Thanks for your help.

I'm not aware of any cross-compatible vents with the Ventline wall switch; the wiring schematics will be different, so if you wanted to replace yours with a more robust option, you could do so with one that has a wall-mounted remote. While technically a remote, you can use it just like a switch as it does come with cradle that you mount to the wall.
If you're okay going this route, a better roof vent with a 12 volt fan that is more powerful is the MaxxFan Deluxe. This is a 10-speed fan so you can set the power exactly to your liking, and is available in either white or back:
- White: MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07000K
- Black: MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K
Both will fit roofs 1-1/8" to 6-1/2" thick and if you need a caulk gun and sealant you can use Caulk Gun # PTW54295 and TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297.
