If you are asking if the LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/ Night Vision for Furrion Vision S Systems # FCE48TASL (FCE48TASH) will work with the factory monitor in your 2016 Ram 2500, the answer is no. There is not a RV camera system currently available that works with the factory monitor on a vehicle.
The LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/ Night Vision for Furrion Vision S Systems # FCE48TASL is designed to be used with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF.
You would install these lights in place of the side marker lights toward the front of your 2019 Northwood Artic Fox 5th wheel trailer. They would then give you the same DOT compliant marker lights with the added benefit of waterproof side cameras to enhance visibility and minimize blind spots.
