Question:
have no power at the fuse under the hood any suggestions? my taillights work just fine no power at the stupid plug need help

There may be a relay that is bad. Use the owners manual to find the relay locations related to the tow package wiring. To test a relay you basically have to take a known good relay and install it in place of the possible bad one. If the function starts to work then that was the issue. If the fuse and relay are both good but there is still no power getting to the fuse that indicates a problem with the truck wiring somewhere that will have to be checked out by a qualified mechanic or Ford technician.
If you do get power to the fuse but still no power at the trailer connector then inspect the connector making sure the wires are securely attached and there is no corrosion build up. Then trace the wiring forward on the truck as far as you can and look for damaged spots, loose connections or breaks and repair as needed.
