The Westlake ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Silver Mod Wheel # LHAW165 does not come balanced from the manufacturer. First trailer tires do not require balancing as their main purpose is supporting weight and they do not have steering components that need the tires balanced. Secondly I have seen tire weights fall off of wheel and tires that are shipped due to the conditions they often encounter.
You can take the wheel and tire to a tire shop to have them balanced or we also have the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads # CA83VR that you can add to the tires. These beads continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your trailer tires as they wear.
