Will this work with my 2016 Honda HRV. I purchased a lightweight pop-up camper 900lbs but it has brakes.

The Universal Wiring Harness w/ ModuLite and Brake Controller Harness # 22551 is a universal fit wiring harness so you could use it to add a 7-way onto your 2016 Honda HR-V. This is going to require you to splice in all of the wiring so you'll need some butt connectors, wire strippers # PT43ZR, and crimps # PTW30764.
I recommend picking up a # 18138 as well so that you can easily mount your 7-way connector.
