Will my 1998 four runner Reese fit my 2000 Tacoma 2 wheel drive

The hitch from your 1998 4Runner would not fit your 2000 Toyota Tacoma 2 wheel drive. For the Tacoma you would want Draw-Tite part # 75078 that you referenced.
