When the Rhino Rack roof rack ROC25 # RR29XR is installed on your 2019 Ford F-150 there would be a distance of right at 2-1/2 inches from bottom of bar to top of roof.
With the Rhino Rack Vortex rack part # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK427 that distance would be about 3-1/2 inches.
