Question:
Looks like were going to buy a Lance 1575 as our first purchase. The dealer stated that he strongly recommends an added sway control. Is this legit and is there some type of brand that is better than others? Is there something else related to towing that I might need? My Ridgeline does have the tow package.

Adding the Reese Pro Round Bar Weight Distribution w Sway Control # RE94FR is a great idea!
With your trailer being pretty heavy compared to your vehicle, you are likely going to experience some sway while driving. This is why it'd be smart to invest in a sway control system, as this will provide a more enjoyable experience and this is what they're made to fight against.
Additionally, if you do not already, you're going to need a trailer hitch # 13385, a ball mount # D320, and a 7-way # ETBC7.
However, you'll first need to add a 4-pole # C55585 trailer connector, and then from here you can add a 7-way # ETBC7.
It's also a good idea to add a brake controller if you do not have one already so you can control your trailer's brakes. I recommend taking a look at the:
-Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160 with the plug-in wiring adapter # 3035-P. This brake controller is easy to use, has 3 adjustable boost levels, and a quick-disconnect feature that lets you easily remove and store the control when not in use.
Attached is a review video of the Primus IQ brake controller for you to check out as well.
