If I understand correctly, you are wanting a frame mounted spare tire carrier that mounts under your 5th wheel RV. We have a few options available, my preferred being the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit w/ Spare Tire Carrier, # LC125460. This has overall dimensions of 99-1/2" long x 19-1/8" wide x 8-1/4" tall with a built-in winch in the center of the unit to raise and lower your spare tire. But in addition, it has a 27-7/8" long x 17" wide x 8" tall, slide-out bins with lids on each side that hold up to 100 lbs. each.

The second option is the Lippert RV Spare Tire Carrier with Winch, # LC159041. This spare tire winch bolts directly to the chassis of your 5th wheel and has an extension handle accessible from the side of the RV to raise and lower the wheel instead of crawling underneath. The last option is the most basic but still very functional, the Lippert Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable, # LC159056. This is a bolt-on solution that will also require the Replacement Crank Extension, # LC1315411 and Cotter Pin, # 165649.
