Tip for Removing Difficult Pin that Holds Gooseneck Hitch Ball
Published 06/14/2022 >
Question:
I have used WD40 and have gotten the pin to move but it will not pull all the way out. I have tried everything. The pin moves great up until a point and then does not move anymore. Any help would be great.

Have you tried putting some of the pin weight of the trailer on the hitch ball when you try to remove the pin that holds the ball? Sometimes doing that allows it to free up. You can also try the opposite direction where you use the gooseneck coupler to pull up on the ball with the trailer jacks.
