Question:
I just purchased a Tt with one of your faucets and when I hooked up the water the kitchen faucet does not turn completely off. It still has a constant flow of water what could be the problem?

Typically when a faucet does not turn stop running when it is turned off the culprit is usually a faulty stem or cartridge component.
Specifically, a rubber washer like # PF187079 that is apart of the cartridge system is the most common component that most faucet leaks are narrowed down to.
I recommended disassembling your faucet if possible and inspect these components for damage and wear. If it turns out like that is the issue, let me know what faucet you have and I can see what we have for you.
If not, it could be an internal issue and which the next move is to replace the entire faucet.
