Question:
I guess i was trying for the dummy of the year award and managed to strip the handle nuts during install on the Draw Tite 75228 that I purchased from you about a month ago. Do you have a fastener kit part number 75528F for that hitch available and ready to ship.

I have a 2012 GMC Acadia with towing package. I recently purchased a camper with gvw about 4100lbs. It pulls the camper great. However a mechanic noticed my 2 center bolts were missing on the hitch and is now bent down. I am wondering how good those welded nuts are and wondering what I can do now. I'm not sure if this happened since I purchased the vehicle or not. Is it possible to have a welded nut and the nut handle both on for greater safety. If hitch is bent I suppose I would have to purchase a new hitch. Wondering what I should do going forward. Also do you know what type of hitch was oem for 2012 GMC Acadia. Looks very similar to the Draw Tight hitch. Can a bent hitch be corrected and or do you think this could have bent the frame.
