Does having the heavy duty tow package effect the ability for this bumper to fit a 2001 dodge dakota sport

The heavy duty tow package is not listed as a problem when installing the Westin bumper # 63000-93800 on a 2001 Dodge Dakota. The only exclusion is that it will not fit on Quad Cab models. There is currently no option for Quad Cab models.
