The Bestop Underseat Locking Storage Box you referred to, part # B4264201 will work great on Wrangler Unlimited models that don't have flipping or folding seats.
The storage box is a great item to have if your Wrangler has a soft top or if you're running around with the roof off. The box offers 205 cubic inches of storage space suitable for wallets or other valuables. The box mounts to the bolts that hold the seat in place.
