Which kayak accessories fit this Yakima roof basket? Could bar pads be used with it for a light weight kayak? Thanks!

Any rack that was designed to fit round crossbars like the Rightline Foam Block carrier part # RL100K10 would work great on the round bars that are on top of the Yakima basket part # Y07080. Since you mentioned a foam block carrier this would be a really great choice.
