Yes, the Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails # RP30153 will fit your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 but you also need the Outboard Brackets # RP56001. These can be found in a kit together as part # RP56001-53.
You might also check out the 7-Way # C56000 which installs in the bed of your truck and makes it easier to connect your 5th wheel wiring.
