I am looking for a roof rack for my 2022 Toyota Rav4 that has flush rails. I already have older Thule square cross bars I want to re-use. What kits do I need?

We have found that the Inno square bars have the same dimensions as the older Thule square bars that don't mount using a short channel on the underside of the bar. The Inno roof rack kit for the flush rails on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 include the following:
46" Square Bars - # INB117
Feet - # INXP
Fit Kit - # IN33FR
If your Thule bars are at least as wide as your flush rails are apart then you just need the Inno feet and fit kit, otherwise you'll want the 46" bars as well so you know they are long enough for the width of your RAV4.
