Does the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar and Bushing Kit Include Bushing Brackets

I have a 1995 safari trek26ft.I was wondering if new bushing brackets are Included with the sway bar and bushings?If not are the ones you have available heavier than the oem brackets?
