This Bestop Lock Box # B426101 that you referenced comes with a universal cable that can be used to possibly fit your 2013 Ford F-150. Bestop does not make a lock box specifically for your vehicle.

This lock box measures 12L x 8W x 3T inches. If you decide to use the foot piece on the box it will add 2 inches to the back of the box making the height 5 inches. Providing you have adequate room under your seat and something to wrap the cable around this lock box should work well.

My technical contact at Bestop stated that many people have been using this lock box with the cable who do not own Jeeps.
