It looks like with the Rola roof rack installed on your 2012 Hyundai Accent the bar spread is 36 inches. You will want to measure the center to center distance between the crossbars to verify the spread.
The Thule Canyon XT Roof Mounted Basket fits on bar spreads between 20 and 37 inches. This should fit your roof rack just fine.
The Rhino-Rack basket, # RMCB02, would also be a fit.
