Part # 75118 will not fit your 2006-2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara. I would recommend the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch, part # C13001. If you needing a wiring harness for trailer lighting, we offer the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 56002.
I will provide links to the install instructions for both the hitch and the wiring harness.
