Replacing a Furrion DV3100 with Jenson JWM70A Speaker Wiring
Published 04/07/2022 >
Question:
Looking for a replacement for the DV3100 in our travel trailer. I see this seems to be a good option. We have 2 zones each with 2 speakers. 1 zone inside the trailer and 1 zone for speakers mounted on outside wall. As far as wiring the Jenson to the existing speaker wires, do I simply match colors and/or patterns on the wiring and connect them? Is it a straight forward wiring procedure ? I have seen the back of the dv3100 and the wiring. Lots of wires! Thanks.

The Jensen RV stereo part # JWM70A is a good option to replace the DV3100 that you have. There's only two wires to run to the speakers and you'd just need to match the colors like you mentioned. You can't hurt speakers if they are wired backwards too in case you were worried about that.
