Inno Roof Rack and Yakima Bike Rack that Fits 2013 Honda Civic SI Coupe

Hello, I have a 2013 Honda Civic SI Coupe. Im interested in this rack, but would like to pair it with the Yakima High Speed Roof Bike Rack. Y02115 I need to be able to lock the bike securely to the roof rack, and am hoping for a rack system that creates as little wind noise as possible. I realize Ill need to keep the front wheel in the trunk of the car. Does this combination work well together? I prefer the looks of this Inno rack, but is there another option I should consider? Also, if rack is my best option,
