Question:
I have the hitch install and am having trouble with the install. a few years ago I had the bumper repainted and used 1/2bolts for the tow hooks. I had some trouble to get the nuts located in the frame. Now I`m having the same problem, any suggestions?

Using the fishwire bolt leader that comes with the Curt front mount hitch # 31352 is the best way to get the hardware into place. The instructions have a brief description of the fishwire technique but until you see how it is done it does not make a lot of sense to some people. I have included links to an FAQ and video covering the fishwire technique.
