Will these parts fit on my graber car bike rack? The rack measures just under 1inch

The Replacement Anti-Sway Cradles for Swagman Titan or Trailhead Bike Rack # SP499 will fit your Graber bike rack, however it may be a bit too large with its 1-3/16" diameter, compared to your racks 1" diameter bars.
Instead, for a better fit, I recommend the Replacement T2 Cradle Body for Thule Bike Carriers # 853-5829 which has a 1" diameter, and will fit your rack much better.
You'll also need the Replacement No Sway Cage for Thule Ridgeline and Revolver # 753-3530, and the Replacement Hold Fast Cradle Strap for Thule Bike Racks # 852-3006-001.
