The only difference between the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers - Key 303 # FA86-0015-303 and the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers - Key 316 # FA86-0015-316 is the cut of the key. The # FA86-0015-303 comes with a lock compatible with Fastway key 303 while the # FA86-0015-316 comes with a lock compatible with Fastway key 316. Other than this difference, these coupler locks are exactly the same.
