The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" item #C11067 will support a bike rack and bikes that weigh 150 lbs but any hitch adapter will reduce your hitches capacity by 50%. Any bike rack that has a 2" receiver will not be warrantied if it is used on a class I receiver. This hitch is confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford Fiesta. I recommend using the Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount item # S64683 on your Fiesta. This Swagman bike rack has a 45 lbs capacity per bike. It weighs 47 lbs and is rated for a class I hitch.
You will want to check your owner's manual and verify what your Fiesta's tongue weight capacity is.
