I checked with Curt and trailer hitch # C11281 will fit all models of the 2013 Dodge Dart including those with dual exhaust. I have linked the installation instructions for you.
If you are planning on doing some towing check your owner's manual for the towing capacities of the vehicle. If none are listed, then contact Dodge to determine what the capacities are if there are any.
If you can tow, then the correct ball mount to use is # 3592. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2-inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # C56179.
