As long as the tonneau cover rails sit inside the bed rails on your 2010 Ford F-150 you can use the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack in the matte black style. This is a sliding rack with rails that install on top of the bed rails and there is enough space between the legs for you to fold up your cover without any issues. The correct rack will depend on the length of your truck bed:
5-1/2' - # A86RR
6-1/2' - # A58RR
8' - # A26RR
If the rails of your tonneau cover sit on top of your bed rails then we'll have to either go with a roof rack over your cab or look at a different tonneau cover in order to add some cargo carrying space on your pickup.
