Im am looking for chains for my 2011 ram 3500. I bought it used so I dont have the owners manual and there is too much conflicting advice on the internet. I have larger than stock tires on it, 285/70-17 I have never had to use chains before so have no clue what I am doing or what Im looking for. Part of the road to my new home is a snowmobile trail and my drive way has an ice covered hill up to my gate.

I checked your owner's manual. Your 2011 Ram 3500 does not have any snow tire chain restrictions based on your vehicle's wheel wells. My snow tire chain recommendation is the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base Tires - Ladder Pattern - V-Bar Links - 1 Pair, part # TC3829. I am also including the Titan Chain RA10 Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster - 1 Pair, part # TCOA2, to help fit and tension your snow tire chain.
