Do The Americana Hub Piloted Steel Wheels Have Alignment Holes

The images show no alignment hole but the video shows an alignment hole which is correct.

I checked out our floor stock and I could not find any Americana Hub-Piloted Steel Wheel w -0.5" Offset - 17-1/2" x 6-3/4" - 8 on 6-1/2 - Gray # AM22704 that had the alignment holes. I also checked on the manufacturers website and none of their product has the holes featured.
