My car is 2016 Lexus RX350 with flushed rails. Which roof rack do you recommend ? Roof rack must support the weight of the roof top tent131lbs and around 400lbs for two people.

This will provide a dynamic weight/moving load capacity of up to 165 lbs. so this meets the need of your Roof Top Tent. When used stationary or static they will accommodate higher weights.
When used in this fashion with a roof top tent the vehicles roof is typically going to be the weakest point so check with your manufacturer for the roofs capacity.
