I reached out to my contact at Five Star Manufacturing (the maker of Kat's Heaters), and he confirmed that the 25-watt Kat's Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad 1-1/2" x 5" - 120V # KH24025 gets to about 150 degrees Fahrenheit. As far as the 50-watt # KH24050, they unfortunately do not have that spec. However, he did say that it does get considerably hotter than the 25-watt model.
