Based on your attached image, but double check your measurements before ordering, I suggest the CE Smith Bow Roller for Boat Trailers, # CE29542. This 3" PVC roller is of non-marring material, so it won't leave scuffs or marks on your boat. It is stronger and longer lasting than rubber and works in fresh water and in saltwater.

If you check the width and discover a 4" (actual length 3-3/4") would be best, then I suggest the Yates Bow Roller for Boat Trailers, # YR450Y. This yellow thermoplastic rubber version from Yates is also non-marking, non-scratching material and stronger and more durable than traditional rubber.
