I'm sorry you are having trouble with your lights! I went ahead and looked up your order with us, and it looks like you bought the Opti-Brite Headlight Conversion Kit - Sealed Beam to LED - 4" x 6" # HLL79HB-2. Since these lights come in with a simple plug-in style, one of the most common issues is a blown fuse. In order to find out if this is the case, I recommend consulting with your Winnebago owner's manual to discover the location of the particular fuse that corresponds to the headlights.
Another possibility is rust or corrosion in the sockets of the vehicle. It is always a good thing to make sure that the plugs are free of debris or anything else that may obstruct power flow to the plug of the # HLL79HB-2.
The last thing to look for is frayed or pinched wiring on the vehicle's side of the wiring. If you need to conduct a voltage test, I recommend a reader like the Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993.
If you have exhausted these options and you are still having difficulty, feel free to reach back out to us and we will find some alternate troubleshooting methods for you.
