Will the goosebox fit too use on my f350 that has a cm flatbed with recessed gooseneck ball ?

The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP85FR has been confirmed to work on a CM flatbed with a 14 x 15-1/2 inch recessed area. If this matches what you have you are good to go otherwise please let me know the size of your recessed area along with how far down the ball sits and I will get the information for you.

You will need to add a set of Safety Chains # RP49151 since you will be using a ball connection.
