If you are referring to the factory underseat storage on a 2017 Ford F-450 Super Duty, the WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Auto Floor Mat - Black # WT4410122 will allow you to open the storage to a vertical position to let you access the storage container. If you are looking at an aftermarket storage container, it truly depends on how far the lid of the container extends forward toward the rear of the front seats.
