With this hitch, where do you mount a 7-way RV outlet? I want to use it to upgrade the standard Tesla-installed tow hitch. That hitch comes with an integrated 7-way connection. Can an outlet be mounted on the hitch?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver# DT58MR is designed so that you can only see the hitch receiver so from what I'm finding you'll have to modify the rear bumper area to make room for a 7-Way on your 2021 Tesla Model Y.
Because of this I recommend using the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH39FR instead as it has a visible crosstube that enables you to use a mounting bracket like the Curt # C57202. For wiring you need the Tekonsha # 119250KIT and the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 which comes with a mounting bracket that connects to the Curt no-drill bracket.
If you don't already have a ball mount you might be interested in the TowSmart Towing Starter Kit # TS94FR which has the ball mount, a 2" hitch ball, and a locking hitch pin.
