We have exactly what you're looking for! For your application you need an adjustable ball mount from BulletProof hitches. They have fitments for all of the bigger hitch receivers on the market:

2" Receiver - # HD2014
2-1/2" Receiver - # HD2514
3" Receiver - # HD3014

This ball mount comes with a 14" rise/drop and 2 hitch balls; a 12K 2" hitch ball and a 22K 2-5/16" hitch ball.

If you're interested in something that can do a little more than a typical ball mount we also have the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-327 which has a lower weight rating at 10K and only fits with a 2" receiver, but this also has a stacked receiver design so it can be used for towing or you can use it for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
