Does the 2022 hyundai Sante fe sel come with pre drilled mounting holes for the receiver hitch? The harness is plug and play? Do you have front and rear metal bumper guards?

The Curt # C34ER Class III hitch installs using bolts that attach to nuts that have been welded into existing holes in the frame members of the vehicle at the factory, so there's no drilling required.
The Curt T-Connector # CU94FR trailer wiring harness is indeed a plug and play installation.
If by 'bumper guards', you're speaking of grille guards, none of our vendors offer a grille guard for the Hyundai Santa Fe. Those are typically available for full and intermediate sized trucks and SUV's, not small SUV's like the Santa Fe.
