Im interested in the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 57inch Long x 42inch Wide - 165 lbs. My question is will the Malone aero bars be able to attach to the top of the basket? This will be mounted on a 2016 Subaru Outback.

I can definitely get you setup that will allow you to mount crossbars on the top of a roof top basket. Unfortunately, there is no safe way to mount the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - 58" Long, part # MPG216, to the top of your Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 57" Long x 42" Wide - 165 lbs, part # RMCB02.

However, you could do this instead. You would install the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket - Steel - 62" Long x 39" Wide, part # Y07070-74. This rooftop basket comes with a Yakima Loadbar, part # 8870042. If you order a second Loadbar, you will have the two crossbars you need to carry other items on your rooftop basket. The weight capacity of this basket is 140 lbs.
